I was very disappointed with the quality, especially given the price. The paper was super thin. They quality is obviously noticeably inferior to other photobook companies I have used. I would not use again.

The product we received was ok. Pages were nice and layout looked good. But despite it being an expensive book the cover looked a bit cheap, and not what I was expecting. It basically looked like they printed off a picture and glued it over linen, it was not inset at shown. Additionally, the shipping was an awful experience. Their shipper basically refused to drop the package off at my home and fter fighting with them for 4 days I had to drive an hour to the nearest city to pick it up. Was not impressed that we spent almost $50 in just shipping alone to have to spend another $30 in gas to get the product.

I had an issue with the thick paged Photo Album and the Photo book I ordered. On the thick board paged book some of the pages were getting a slight curve to them as it sat on my coffee table. I contacted Milk and they replaced it with a new book. The other Photo Book that I ordered for my parents is starting to show a bit of de-lamination with the front cover photo. Both books are in temperature controlled environments with normal use.
The company has been extremely helpful with replacing the books but the quality of the books should be better. For the price that I payed for both books I would not purchase again. Its been about 6 months and I am worried that these books will not last "several lifetimes" as stated on the website.
