Print quality has deeply suffered since I first used Milk. Colours are no longer vibrant or true, silly page number/layout print rules make it difficult to produce the story you're trying to tell for a client, cost remains high while costs have clearly been cut. Feels like a poor value proposition now

The quality of the book is perfect, I’m really happy with it! The process was painful! I didn’t like the way the app works. Nothing about it was instinctive. It was so painful that I ended up creating all of my page layouts with Photoshop which took much longer than what I had planned. The only reason that I kept going is because I had bought a voucher, so my project had already been paid. Otherwise, I would have stopped and find another company. I am not making another book with you unless you completely change your app to create the books.

The stitching was showing which ruined the larger photos, for the price we paid we expected better quality. Have used twice previously and were much happier with those books than this one.

Quality of printing for the price paid was nowhere near where it should be.

am extremely disappointed with the quality of the photobook I received. The photos throughout the entire book are excessively dark, making it difficult to see faces and backgrounds clearly. I used the original, unfiltered photos directly from my device, the same images I had previously used with another company, which turned out perfect — proving the issue is with the printing, not the images. After raising my concerns, the company offered a reprint, but the result was exactly the same – dark, poor-quality images. They took no accountability for the issue yet had no problem charging over $175 for a product marketed as a premium photobook. This product is far from premium, and the overall quality is inferior compared to other companies offering similar services at a much lower price.
