am extremely disappointed with the quality of the photobook I received. The photos throughout the entire book are excessively dark, making it difficult to see faces and backgrounds clearly. I used the original, unfiltered photos directly from my device, the same images I had previously used with another company, which turned out perfect — proving the issue is with the printing, not the images.
After raising my concerns, the company offered a reprint, but the result was exactly the same – dark, poor-quality images. They took no accountability for the issue yet had no problem charging over $175 for a product marketed as a premium photobook. This product is far from premium, and the overall quality is inferior compared to other companies offering similar services at a much lower price.

Terrible customer service. Just got a $709 bill for import duties on top of the $3500 I paid for 3 books. Never again. Don’t buy here. Find a local printer. This is extortionate

Spent hours creating a book to find out at the last stage that it is shipped from Hong Kong and duty fees apply.

What scam, spent like 4x or more the cost of other pint books to get my partner a nice gift. The gift was advertised with a gift box and ribbon etc. Go through the process only to find that pretty much all of these these are additional extra's. The audacity of charging $75 for a gift box lolol. Then to cap it all off there was a $27 delivery fee ON A GIFT! Like just include that in the gift voucher cost. Who gives a gift and then expects the giftee to have to pay the postage.
