Very disappointed on how much add-ons were. The initial order seemed expensive but worth it for the high quality photos but when redeeming the voucher and selecting photos it became £450+ extra that we didn’t expect. Gutted. My wife put lots of effort and it was not clear how much all the add-ons to have it the way she wanted were going to be.

When building the album it was misleading. For over $300 it looks like a magazine. Very disappointing. Very frustrating that I wasn’t able to add a background image to the whole page. In past albums.made by iPhoto I was able to not happy with this product.

Quality of images for the price paid was so poor. I cried when I got it out of disappointment.

I ordered a premium wedding photo album from MILK Books and was really looking forward to a keepsake worthy of the occasion. Unfortunately, the finished product did not reflect the quality shown on their website or social media.The binding on my album was loose and unstable — the spine shifted side to side, and the pages lifted away when turned, making it feel fragile and poorly constructed. When I raised my concerns, customer service explained that this was “normal” for section-sewn binding, but the product I received looked and felt nothing like the tight, durable examples shown in their own materials. While the representative was polite and eventually offered a small partial refund, the album still didn’t meet expectations. It was meant to be a special wedding gift, and I’m disappointed I can’t confidently give it as intended. MILK Books’ presentation suggests top-tier craftsmanship, but my experience didn’t live up to that promise. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them based on the quality or overall value I received.

I am very disappointed with the wedding album I received. I purchased this book to preserve my wedding memories, but the print quality does not reflect the high standard I expected. Although I used high resolution images directly from my photographer, the photos in the book appear extremely dark. This is particularly upsetting, as my wedding was a sunrise beach ceremony with soft, light tones that are completely lost in the printed version. Additionally, one of the pages arrived bent, and despite my efforts to smooth it out, the crease remains visible. Given the significance of this album and the cost, I am very upset with the overall quality.
