Terrible customer service. Just got a $709 bill for import duties on top of the $3500 I paid for 3 books. Never again. Don’t buy here. Find a local printer. This is extortionate

What scam, spent like 4x or more the cost of other pint books to get my partner a nice gift. The gift was advertised with a gift box and ribbon etc. Go through the process only to find that pretty much all of these these are additional extra's. The audacity of charging $75 for a gift box lolol. Then to cap it all off there was a $27 delivery fee ON A GIFT! Like just include that in the gift voucher cost. Who gives a gift and then expects the giftee to have to pay the postage.

We were both really dissatisfied with the book as the pages were very cheap quality and not as described online. The quality of the leather was also really thin, not as described online. We thought we were getting a thick hard wedding book, but it was really thin.

If you live in Europe - don’t buy there!
1. it’s produced in Hongkong
2. shipment is extremely expensive
3. customs comes on top which was not visible to me when I ordered
I ordered on December 4th to have it for Christmas. It’s stuck in customs and the customer service is just hands off delegating all responsibilities to me. On December 30th I’m still not clear how much customs I have to pay and will I ever get it. They didn’t file the paperwork correctly. Absolute unacceptable management of the case and no refund of shipping cost or other compensation for this bad experience.
