We were both really dissatisfied with the book as the pages were very cheap quality and not as described online. The quality of the leather was also really thin, not as described online. We thought we were getting a thick hard wedding book, but it was really thin.
Europeans don’t buy there!

If you live in Europe - don’t buy there!
1. it’s produced in Hongkong
2. shipment is extremely expensive
3. customs comes on top which was not visible to me when I ordered
I ordered on December 4th to have it for Christmas. It’s stuck in customs and the customer service is just hands off delegating all responsibilities to me. On December 30th I’m still not clear how much customs I have to pay and will I ever get it. They didn’t file the paperwork correctly. Absolute unacceptable management of the case and no refund of shipping cost or other compensation for this bad experience.

I did not recommend ordering from them . I ordered at the very beginning of December , on purpose to get it here by Christmas. Their website advertised in big letters everywhere , how many days you have to order the products to make sure they arrive by Christmas . I didn't want to leave it to the last minute so I ordered days before the deadline. Then on 19 December I received an email that my order would be delivered by the 30th. I find this false advertising and lying about something you know exactly you cannot guarantee outrageous.
Why write it out if you know you can't guarantee its existence ? Such deception and manipulation....

The product itself is good quality. My experience, however, was ruined by a shipping experience that was handled poorly by the Milk team. First of all, it took a long time to get the product. Way too long in my opinion, likely from the fact it's being shipped from outside the US. It was damaged by the shipper. Not only did I have to do the heavy lifting to get the Milk team everything they needed to get reimbursed from the shipper (which by the way I paid for in my shipping costs) but I then had to wait until they finished their dispute with the shipper before they would remake my order and resend it. Horrible experience. If you are a company that can't afford to replace your customer's order until you wait for reimbursement approval from a shipper, you are not the right company for me.
