The product itself is good quality. My experience, however, was ruined by a shipping experience that was handled poorly by the Milk team. First of all, it took a long time to get the product. Way too long in my opinion, likely from the fact it's being shipped from outside the US. It was damaged by the shipper. Not only did I have to do the heavy lifting to get the Milk team everything they needed to get reimbursed from the shipper (which by the way I paid for in my shipping costs) but I then had to wait until they finished their dispute with the shipper before they would remake my order and resend it. Horrible experience. If you are a company that can't afford to replace your customer's order until you wait for reimbursement approval from a shipper, you are not the right company for me.

Awful. The book sat on our table and in less than a month the edges started morphing and it looks terrible. Huge waste of money.

The paper quality wasn't anywhere near what I expected, and the book was much smaller than the dimensions promised. Very disappointed.

Really excessive price for what you get. They look beautiful on the site but are much smaller and lower quality when they arrive. I was guttered with mine after spending $200+ - felt like a total waste of money.

The book binding is terrible. For a $600 book I would expect it to be perfect and not see the binding string. So disappointed. Will be taking it further. Not worth the money. A $50 cook book I purchased last week is presented better than my $600 one.
