Not worth the price I ordered these instead of one of the cheaper options because I was expecting a premium flatlay photo book - the linen option is not actually fabric (feels plasticky) and seems like it could be done at a fraction of the cost. The colours are darker than the photos submitted. Shipping and production also took longer than expected. Won't be repurchasing -- just value doesn't line up with the cost for me.

I saw so many reviews that this company was great, but it was the biggest mistake to go with them. After you finish making the book - hours of work- you see that you need to pay a crazy amount in shipping (50 €) plus you can’t pay with PayPal and some specific cards. Thankfully we have a credit card, but that is not everyone’s case in Germany. Also a couples weeks after it came, I then received another bill from FedEx for 22 euros in import tax. That definitely should not have been something that I had to pay unless it was communicated with me. The worse thing is that we are on vacation for a month and FedEx keeps saying they didn’t get my payment I sent. I currently don’t have anyway of contacting them so they are probably going to raise the price of the tax again ! What a nightmare!

Initially, I chose MILK over others because I liked the look of the books they were offering, however… (a) Because the site was constantly going down mid project (b) Was limited in allowable text (c) Only provided email support versus live chat support (d) Provided an email response that took much longer than acceptable (two days) (e) Offered little or no online support.”How to” videos were non-existent or insufficient (all I could find were ad’s for the product) I decided to look at other picture book providers while I waited for their reply. My research led the to choose another company (Shutterfly) which looked like they could assist me in creating my book. Why did I choose Shutterfly? With this company, I was able to; (a) Complete my book in half the time I spent on MILK (b) Had the ability to access chat in real time to get answers to my questions as I worked on the project (c) Experienced no site issues (d) found plenty of how to videos and clear online support (e) was able to insert more text by my pictures than on MILK Bottom line, I completed and purchased a 43 page, top of the line book from this company a full day before I even received a reply on my issues from MILK. MILK might want to take note of these issues to make changes that will raise their service and support to the level of service and support their competition provides.

I am very disappointed by the results of my album. I spent so many hours and days creating and i understood i had a bigger version and better quality. It looks very cheap. On top they charge you shipping from hong kong while i though it was a US company. I am based in the US and did not need to order from so far… they dont tell you until you check out and have done the album. Terrible
