I am very disappointed by the results of my album. I spent so many hours and days creating and i understood i had a bigger version and better quality. It looks very cheap. On top they charge you shipping from hong kong while i though it was a US company. I am based in the US and did not need to order from so far… they dont tell you until you check out and have done the album. Terrible

Miscommunication with the site and when customer service came to help it didn’t resolve my issues in the end what I thought it could. It was not a user friendly website. I spend money on a book I couldn’t even gift to my in laws for Christmas. I do take part blame but it was just a situation I can’t take back and hate it

£16:99 shipping to UK 3-5 days? 9 days later not received, get a message saying it will take 4 more days? Poor, clearly not to be relied on for like you know the birthday that has been missed etc.
Honestly, not impressed by the quality for the price.

Honestly, the quality is not great for the $250+ price point. The images weren't very crisp despite large, professional quality photos. The images appear to be a low dpi and you can clearly see the dots of the ink. Additionally. the books are shipped from Asia, which was upsetting because I thought I was supporting a US-based print shop.
I don't plan on purchasing in the future.
