Honestly, the quality is not great for the $250+ price point. The images weren't very crisp despite large, professional quality photos. The images appear to be a low dpi and you can clearly see the dots of the ink. Additionally. the books are shipped from Asia, which was upsetting because I thought I was supporting a US-based print shop. I don't plan on purchasing in the future.

Book binding is terrible. Can barely open the pages.

DON'T USE THESE GUYS - HIDDEN $240 EXTRA COST. Ordered two books, paid $50 for shipping and then a week later was charged an additional $110 import cost, which after spending 20 minutes on the phone and exchanging emails with thee guys - including their commentary below this review - still have nothing more than "please contact DHL directly". So unless you have the time to stay on hold to DHL, or don't mind $110 worth of hidden costs, would not recommend these guys or there total lack of desire to explain/amend the situation. A really negative customer experience that ended with a "I don't know what else to tell you" from a support person who didn't really do much to help. Would never use these guys again and would warn everyone else not to.

To be honest the whole process was a complicated experience! The book itself is beautiful and great quality. However the experience was incredibly difficult. The program constantly failed to upload photos, despite using the suggested browser, updating both my phone and laptop and despite having previously uploaded photos successfully moments before. I ended up using three different mediums to upload the photos. When I reached out to customer service for help no one was available, despite calling within their hours. But the biggest disappointment was that dealing with the difficulty in uploading photos pushed the project out by a week and it meant the delivery date was pushed back. I again reached out to customer service as the gift was a present for my dad's 70th birthday that I was flying home to surprise him and to give him the photobook which was from all his extended family. Despite paying for express delivery and customer service telling me they would try speed up the printing process it didn't occur and the gift arrived the day after I flew back out. To be honest it was slightly heartbreaking given how much time and effort I had put into it and I don't think it was much to ask that the printing process be sped up by one day (I also didn't realise at the time of purchase that printing was done in Hong Kong- I thought it was local). The book ended up costing an exorbitant amount of money and for the difficult program and delay it really wasn't worth it. IN RESPONSE TO MILK'S RESPONSE: I did leave a message for someone to call me back within your operating hours and they didn't until the next day. The delivery date also didn't change whatsoever and was not sped up. The premises wasn't closed on the day the freight company "tried to deliver" - it was to be posted regionally and they only were trucking down on the day it was delivered, not the day before. I spoke extensively to DHL freight thinking it was getting delivered the day before and the driver instead said the premises was closed - instead of owning that they weren't delivering that day. I can only assume to avoid some internal blame. In the future it would probably be prudent to try to understand your client's point of view instead of deflecting. Definitely won't be buying from you again or recommending your product to anyone else. For $500 this whole thing has been a massive waste of time and money
