Worst printing service ever!

Bought two book with Milk and I have to say I never expected the quality of the printing to be so poor. I have been printing photo albums (I always use the same camera) for 3 years now with a different company and I am really sorry to have waited my money with Milk. Customer service was almost non existent and when I asked for a refund they basically replied that they checked and is the best they can do with their printers. They could send some more proofs but without making changes… so I had to decline the offer as I see no point in shipping around the world the same page printed under the same conditions twice!
Expect very basic quality printing at a premium.

I really regret using Milk books. It was a lot of work putting together my book and I found it to be expensive for what you get. The quality is not great and I will not be purchasing or recommending Milk books to my friends. I wish I could get my money back. Extremely disappointed.

Quality is not above any standart company, but the price is higher.
Furthermore, I would have expected more transparency and I would have preferred to pay more for an European company rather than paying additional taxes (more than 10% of the price declared) at the border.

I am 100% unsatisfied with this order and they DO NOT stand behind their satisfaction guarantee. First the image quality on my wedding album was really disappointing. Nothing like the high quality promised. Even my mother who I gifted the book to commented the on the images being fuzzy. I reached out in regard to this and they said there's nothing they can do and that's the best quality around. So much for a satisfaction guarantee.
Then 2 weeks after I gifted the book to my mother, the cover started to bow. A lot. They have looked through the book 2x and it has been sitting on their coffee table in a very temperate climate the rest of the time and now it's not even nice enough looking to leave out. I have gone ahead and ordered them a book from a different company because this just does not measure up.
We didn't pay thousands of dollars for a photographer and over $500 on 2 of these books to be embarrassed to even keep them out to enjoy. Not to mention, I cannot image these keepsakes actually stand the test of time like you would for a wedding album.
Note to owner: if you're going to paste "Satisfaction Guarantee" all over your site you should actually stand by that claim. This is simply bad business.
Response to Owner's Comments: To be clear, the image quality issue was in no way associated with the resolution of images I sent. I had these high-res photos printed digitally from a different vendor and the quality is night and day. These were gifted and the recipient even commented on the quality, they are objectively not the high quality your site states. If you cannot stand by your satisfaction guarantee, don't claim it!
Number of pages in Album - MISSLEADING

I usually don't bother about writing reviews but in this instance I have too because I can't believe that something so simple can be so confusing. In simple terms if I made order for 104 pages I expect to get my Album with 104 pages. But I didn't. I originally purchased 64pages and when started working on my album decided to make it more comprehensive as this was Gift to my Daughter of her childhood memories. So I purchased another 40 pages (that it what I thought I did). I mean number of pages = number of pages, how it can be something different. My final product i.e produced hard copy that I received is 64 pages. I got feedback from customer services with detailed explanation how the system works etc. but it's not good enough. Simply because no matter what reason they have behind their explanation I still believe that it should be very CLEAR on their website, invoice and software what is the number of pages that Client is getting. It not rocket science. I don't care about your base number of pages etc. at the end of day it should be clear to Customer what they are getting. VERY MISSLEADING. It feels like I have been robbed for my hard earned money. Nothing of this would happened if it was communicated to me clearly what is the final number of pages that I will be receiving. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
