I cannot recommend this. Only AFTER investing hours of time into designing the book, and once you are in the last steps of payment you are being told that the books are being produced in HongKong (“produced with love” - I doubt that, mass production sounds more likely) and that therefore first the delivery cost are 22€ (!) plus you have to pay additional import tax and customs, which with an initial worth of 80€ For the book adds up to another 70€ on top. I think this is the biggest Scam of all, since now after investing SO much time already you are likely to just go through with the payment. 150€ fir a photo book in our case…it’s just way too much. So disappointed by this.

Good customer service however, book looks cheap and poor quality. Not what i was expecting for the price.

The production and delivery took way longer than they mentions in their website. I ordered this book for an occasion and received the book 10 days after the event. When i received the book was very shocked to see the quality of the cover. I paid extra for the cover and it says that the writings and the designs in the cover will be done with a “subtly raised ink”, but there was nothing like this. On the other hand, the design and the texts on the cover looks faded and hardly readable. Very disappointed and do not recommended.

DHL delivery promised for end of day Friday 25th February - shipment update "processed for clearance at Auckland 24th February". DHL Hong Kong 4th March "processing customs clearance" and "clearance event Friday March 4 at 1:26". Therefore not to hand yet. Hopeless to get anyone on the 'ph and emails are all "no reply". Our tracking no. is 4566243942, so I may hold the book one day!
