DHL delivery promised for end of day Friday 25th February - shipment update "processed for clearance at Auckland 24th February". DHL Hong Kong 4th March "processing customs clearance" and "clearance event Friday March 4 at 1:26".
Therefore not to hand yet. Hopeless to get anyone on the 'ph and emails are all "no reply". Our tracking no. is 4566243942, so I may hold the book one day!
