I'm pretty disappointed in my wedding photo book. I ordered the large premium after almost two years of working to make it perfect and finally ordering it. I was willing to spend a lot of money to have a nice wedding album. I was incredibly surprised when I lifted the book out of the presentation box. The box is probably 2 inches thick and massive, while the book itself is a 1/4 inch maybe. The book is much thinner and the pages are much thinner than I expected. I did consult customer service to make sure I selected the best possible paper and would have been willing to pay higher costs for better paper. The images are printed clear, but nothing I could not have purchased on Shutterfly for $20. For the high price tag, the quality is nowhere close.Note: I am aware of the photo "albums" with thick cardboard-like pages and did not want that after seeing a friends. They look like children's books.
Quality has significantly declined since my last purchase. Disappointing!!

I have purchased 3 prior books from MILK and loved the products, which is why I decided to purchase another one and make my wedding album out of it. Unfortunately, the quality of this last book is significantly different from my 3 prior books. The quality is very poor. It looks like the photos were printed from a cheap home printer! I am very disappointed.
No delivery and No resolution of problem

I have bought my super premium expensive photo album, which took me a while to do.The album should have been delivered September 23rd, its October 5th and the package has been held by customes. I have no idea of what is happening and the company is not resolving the issue. I have paid delivery with ALL taxes.
I had such high hopes……

I paid over 400$ for my album and it is warping after less then a month! I was thrilled she. I got it as it is stunning. But clearly the quality is lacking.

I was really disappointed with the quality and end product. I ordered 5 books to document each year of our family and when they arrived, they had no title on the spine or cover. I was then told this is only for the highest end book, despite it not telling me this on the website. Most books promoted show the spine and this is what attracted me. So I have wasted $350 on 5 books that sit on our shelf and you can't tell what they are. The photo quality is also very grainy, compared to other books I have ordered. Would not order again.
