I was really disappointed with the quality and end product. I ordered 5 books to document each year of our family and when they arrived, they had no title on the spine or cover. I was then told this is only for the highest end book, despite it not telling me this on the website. Most books promoted show the spine and this is what attracted me. So I have wasted $350 on 5 books that sit on our shelf and you can't tell what they are. The photo quality is also very grainy, compared to other books I have ordered. Would not order again.

Was so disappointed. The quality is below average and I ordered these books so the title would be printed on the spine. They arrived as plain, boring books and I was then advised that you have to order the premium books for the spine title. Do not spend the $$$- there are much better books at higher quality.

Can’t review as Still waiting for the order. Haven’t received it yet and should been here in the UK and delivered by now. Still says the order is somewhere in Hong long. Hoping it will arrive soon.

Our photo album was never delivered. I have sent 2 emails to the company with no response and have contacted FedEx to track the package. FedEx indicated that MILK needs to file a lost package claim in order for me to get updates on where the package is. I paid for expedited shipping on June 29th. Today is July 17th. Photo album was due to arrive July 7th. I am very disappointed and angry that I wasted over $50 on what was such a special Engagement album for our only son.

The user interface is terrible. I've just wasted 9 hours trying to create a special photobook only to be told at the end of the 60 page album that it has not uploaded the photos and the session has expired. So I can't even recover any portion of the work that I've put into it. Of the 60 pages that I have filled. Only 5 remain. The upload rate is so slow it is impossible to upload more than 2 photos at a time.
