Shame on me ! I should have read the small fonts. All of them as everything is there. The fact this is printed out of China, the fact custom taxes will be added, all of it was there. So at the end the book quality is good, not awesome, the price is on the upper side before shipping and custom taxes. So why would somebody living in Europe use Milk books ? No reason at all. Economics and planet preservation make it a no go

Terrible quality photobooks. Print is grainy, dull, dark and not at all true to photos printed. All colour pictures resemble a muted version of black and white. This is not just based on looking at the photos on a computer screen (as backlighting makes them brighter) but comparing printed out photos to those provided in this book. I cannot believe the premium price they solicit for this garbage. Trying to get my payment back has also been a long and ridiculous process. Remember on their website how they state they will list your purchase price as the value price when shipping? Well turns out they do not want that same price listed when books are being returned to them so that they can avoid customs. Poor customer service and reliability in general. I would not go with this company again as I was drawn in by their professional looking website only to be extremely disappointed when the 4 gift photobooks arrived and even my husband who is usually non-critical of such things said “wow they are terrible quality”.

I recently made a photo book - it was very expensive as almost 80 pages. The photos were taken on my Nikon and some Iphones, so I was aware that there was going to be mixed results. But, I am not worried about blurriness. However, the book came to me in mega pixelated pictures. I have contacted Milk, who were very helpful, and told me that I could reprint in smaller format and with a discount. But, having spent another 4 hours reformatting it (the formatting is not easy) into smaller pictures, I still have warnings all over the photos that they will not be clear. This seems ridiculous. Such a huge waste of time and money. I will not use them again.

I have had to spend 35 euros in taxes and customs... Nobody told me about it. The album was already expensive. I think this is not acceptable.

The quality did not meet expectations for something I paid more than $120 for. Some of the photos were cutoff to fit (not part of the original design). The photo paper was not high quality.
