Milestones

I recently made a photo book - it was very expensive as almost 80 pages. The photos were taken on my Nikon and some Iphones, so I was aware that there was going to be mixed results. But, I am not worried about blurriness. However, the book came to me in mega pixelated pictures. I have contacted Milk, who were very helpful, and told me that I could reprint in smaller format and with a discount. But, having spent another 4 hours reformatting it (the formatting is not easy) into smaller pictures, I still have warnings all over the photos that they will not be clear. This seems ridiculous. Such a huge waste of time and money. I will not use them again.

I have had to spend 35 euros in taxes and customs... Nobody told me about it. The album was already expensive. I think this is not acceptable.

The quality did not meet expectations for something I paid more than $120 for. Some of the photos were cutoff to fit (not part of the original design). The photo paper was not high quality.

After discussing the likely quality of the prints before purchase, I was left with illegible prints of the newspapers I was trying to publish in a book. The front cover was a little tacky as well.

Really disappointed in both the useability of the site and the finished product that arrived was much smaller then I was expecting. There are many other options out there of the same quality at a much lower price point. Only ordered from the site as I was given a gift certificate. Would not use the site again and would not recommend to others.
