Really disappointed in both the useability of the site and the finished product that arrived was much smaller then I was expecting. There are many other options out there of the same quality at a much lower price point. Only ordered from the site as I was given a gift certificate. Would not use the site again and would not recommend to others.

The printer in China forgot to print a second copy of a frame I ordered. I was told this never happened before (Yeah right) and was asked to send pictures to justify my claim. Since I am in Canada, Milk in New Zealand and the printer in China, it took weeks ( and it's not over) to get to where I am right now, which is with no frame and duty taxes that are not being paid since they can't figure things out in between them how to pay. DO NOT order from them if you want a worry free experience. For the price I paid, this is one of the most frustrating experience I ever had has a customer. Will not recommend this to anyone.

I feel I've been completely defrauded on the delivery fees. You can spend hours building your book and when you are ready to purchases get hit by an £18 delivery fee. By this time you are fully invested because of the time spent. It's cynical, misleading and downright bad practice. Never again.

I originally ordered a set of five regular quality picture books for our wedding photos. I was dissatisfied with the results of the prints and reached out to customer service to discuss my disappointment. The customer service was excellent. They sent over photos to compare the books I received with the print quality they would expect from their printing vendor. Discrepancies were noted, and MILK Books offered to resend all five books in their premium quality. I was very impressed with this offer and their customer service overall. I received the new books in a timely manner, however I was even more disappointed by the new print results. I now have ten books that will go to the recycling and over $500 wasted.
I would not recommend Milk Books. For the price of the book (plus shipping, customs and duties), the quality is comparable to a photo book I've received from Walmart or the drug store for a fraction of the price.
EDIT: At the time of the review I was too distraught to open all of the books. I have since found four out of five of the books have damage to the linen cover with either snags or discoloration.
