Cover was damaged, print was blurry and splotchy despite using highest def photos. Disappointed because other orders were great

A logistical nightmare. Multiple attempts to upload photos then they shipped my album to a combination of the shipping address and billing address. Of course this address did not exist. It took several emails and calls to DHL TO CORRECT.

Low quality high price. The pages were wavy, the binding loose.

Terrible customer service. Quality poor.

I never write reviews but I am so mad. I've been following milk books for years, I've heard good things and they seem like high quality products. They were the only company that let me customize the photo layout like I wanted to, which is important to me as a designer. The book size options are lacking. No where did it say this was coming from China. It took forever and I ordered it as a gift for my fiance before our wedding. I am so disappointed in the quality and it is now too late for me to order another. I have high quality photos from a photographer and at least half of them printed darker or at a lower quality than what I would expect from a high quality printer. There is also a stitch going through one of the full size photos which was not shown or mentioned in the preview. I am so incredibly upset and disappointed that I wasted my money. It also very difficult to customize and use their program. And this is coming from a web designer.
