To be honest I am very disappointed. The quality and size were not at all what I accepted for the cost. The front page is just glued on and not very straight or glued well and not at all what I expected. I have done two previous books through apple and a massive difference in quality and size especially for the cost

Extremely disappointed with this company.
I ordered a large premium book only for it to arrive and its the same size as an a4 piece of paper.. it was just so so disappointing.
When I complained about this I was told their sizes are advertised.. yes but you sent me the wrong size!!? Customer service is terrible, no offer to fix my problem which is a present for my wife's 40th, craftsmanship is over rated.
Will not use again and advise buyer beware as customer service is non existent.
Big disappointment for the holidays.

My mother and I took a once in a lifetime trip to Italy and I wanted to gift her with a beautiful photobook for Christmas so she would have the memories. I did a lot of research and Milkbook looked to be the best - I wanted something high quality. I ordered this book in early Dec to get it in time for Xmas (their site confirmed this). It is Dec 20th and my book is still "printing". I have tried several times to call their customer service number and get a response that no one is available (I called during the hours on their site) - I also have sent an email with no response.
I am incredibly disappointed and will never order from this company again.
