Shipping from HK = international transaction fees + more than 100€ for shipping + delay + custom fees...

Extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a large premium book only for it to arrive and its the same size as an a4 piece of paper.. it was just so so disappointing. When I complained about this I was told their sizes are advertised.. yes but you sent me the wrong size!!? Customer service is terrible, no offer to fix my problem which is a present for my wife's 40th, craftsmanship is over rated. Will not use again and advise buyer beware as customer service is non existent.

My mother and I took a once in a lifetime trip to Italy and I wanted to gift her with a beautiful photobook for Christmas so she would have the memories. I did a lot of research and Milkbook looked to be the best - I wanted something high quality. I ordered this book in early Dec to get it in time for Xmas (their site confirmed this). It is Dec 20th and my book is still "printing". I have tried several times to call their customer service number and get a response that no one is available (I called during the hours on their site) - I also have sent an email with no response. I am incredibly disappointed and will never order from this company again.

Horrible customer service. I wish I read all the Facebook reviews earlier as this trustpilot rating they display on their website is rubbish. They’re impossible to get hold of, take an eternity to respond, take no responsibility for their issues and shortcomings, and are unapologetic in their apparently consistent way of treating customers.

I am incredibly disappointed with my MILK Book purchase. To clarify, I have not yet received the book. This review is based solely at this point in time on the quality of the user design interface and the customer service experience. User Design Interface - The interface has VERY limited functionality. It does not allow you to space pictures evenly or make photos the same size, so you are left to eye ball for size and spacing. A line will show up when you have picture borders "even" with each other; however, when you go to preview mode, they are no longer even despite appearing so in the working mode. If you want to use their canned templates, it is probably fine. However, if you have any type of creative eye, this "software" will literally drive you crazy. Additionally, if you accidentally hit the "change layout" button (which is very easy to do), it will completely undo any custom formatting and revert to a standard template. There is no undo button. In turn, if you've spent 20 minutes tediously resizing pictures on a layout and hit the change layout button, you have to start the entire layout over. Customer Service - For my wedding album, I purchased a voucher for 1 large album and 2 medium albums. We planned to gift the medium books to our parents for Christmas. I created my book using the large landscape album. I went to duplicate my project to the medium landscape album. One would assume that given the dictionary definition of duplicate is "two identical copies" that my medium landscape book would be exactly like my large landscape book. However, that was not the case. EVERY SINGLE PAGE of my 46 page album was reset to a completely different format. I called customer service to see how I could correct the issue. I called 3 times during their standard business hours, each time receiving a message that they were helping other customers and to leave a message. I left a message and 24 hours later did not receive a call back. I also sent an email, which was returned within 24 that said they had high volume of callers and they attempted to return calls within 48 hours. For a product that is HIGHLY custom and expensive, I would have expected better customer service and the ability to speak to someone directly on the phone for help. A delayed short email reply does not provide the help I need. The customer service representative informed me over email that their software just reformatted when you duplicate and that I needed to just remake the book in advance of their Christmas shipping deadline of this Saturday. I do not have 50 hours to remake the book on top of my standard job between now and Saturday. In turn, we had to suck it up and spend another $400 to upgrade our medium books to large books, which is on top of the $600 we already paid for the trio. Shipping - To top all of this off, shipping was $50 to a major US city, which is absolutely INSANE for standard speed shipping. There should be a disclaimer that shipping will be $50. I hope this was helpful as these are all things I would have wanted to know in advance of purchasing my book. At ~$375 per book, I would have expected better customer service and quality.
