With all due respect... I have never been more disappointed from a product quality and at that price. Take my word for it... I have shown the customized book to my clients and everybody agrees on the poor quality. So sorry but will not be back ... Ex-client

For the price - definitely not the quality i was expecting! 1. The pic on the front is simply stuck on and not built in to a slight frame like i was expecting and what it looks like on their website. 2. The page paper is too thin and you can see the image on the other side clearly when turning pages. 3.The over all weight of my 200 page book is very light not exuding any quality. 4. Images were too orange and everyon in my pics looks fake tanned. Cinsiderng my photographers style is light and airy - im not sure how this could even happen. 5.As well as this the item arrived damaged in the post. Surely the packaging should stop this form ever even happening!? Overall left feeling pretty deflated by the whole experience. Would not recommend purely for price vs quality end product. But then again - it is made in China - something they fail to tell you until after you have spent many many hours putting the photo book together and then go to print.

Photo book presented in an oversized box( not like the website showed), window on book not an actual window but a picture glued on the cover. Framed picture with dust between the acrylic and the mat board Permanent marker lines on the frame (where the cuts are made) Very low quality and finish. I spent $300+ to test them for my business and I must say I would never pass their products on to my clients. A pity because with a minimum of care and quality control these could have been perfect!

I haven’t received my book yet, but I’m so unhappy with the process so far I feel compelled to write a review. The technology is shockingly bad. Text formatting, inserting, moving and increasing text boxes is not possible. The picture structure options are very limited and the whole way the system works together is archaic. I don’t want to watch several video tutorials to understand how this kind of system works, it should be intuitive like all the others. After spending an incredibly frustrating few hours putting my book together, I then found out there’s only one option to ship... and it costs £18! Apparently the book comes all the way from Hong Kong...

I am so sad I used MILK Books for my wedding album. I have to admit I fell in love with their beautiful website and their story. DON’T BELIEVE IT. The website is not user friendly. There was no quality control in the final product. Even tho I did not receive any “warnings” when reviewing before printing, the book arrived with several blurry images. Of course customer service blamed the quality of my professional photographs and disclaimed any responsibility. What a huge waste of money. And what a HUGE disappointment.
