Very poor customer service. My photobooks arrived with relatively dark images and no resolution has been offered. A few weeks later I then got a hefty £68 import duty charge from DHL that milk will not pay. BEWARE IF BUYING FROM THE UK OF EXTRA CHARGES as item is shipped from HONG KONG.

Over £100 extra customs charges for delivery to UK. Absolutely disgusting service, was not made clear atall on their website. Very disappointed! The photo book was of goof quality, but not the quality of what i paid for it! Be aware! Complete rip off!

Really upset and disappointed with this company. I purchased a deal for 1 photo album and 2 photo books, the price was more expensive than other companies but I thought they looked to be of better quality. Nowhere did it mention delivery costs to the uk when purchasing this voucher, In fact I believed it was a UK company as there was a UK flag in the corner of the page. I spent hours and hours of time designing my books, so when it came to check out and I saw the delivery cost of £50 or so I paid up as I had invested so much time into this and needed it for Christmas as they were presents. Now I have been told its an extra £81 import charges! I don't know what to do as I can't afford this at Christmas!They have now even tried to remove this review by saying it’s incomplete as I didn’t mention the service they gave. To comment on their service they replied very quickly to all emails and questions but refused to make any changes to their website to make it more obvious about these extortionate extra charges or any compensation.

The studio isn’t very efficient. We uploaded our photos and kept saving. We had developed our album and were waiting for the final photos to process. All of our photos were high res.
We were still waiting two days later. Eventually it asked for us to check the checklist which stated our photos were broken. When asked to fix this wiped all of our photos and layout.
When contacting the helpline they simply stated that it was our fault the photos were broken and we should have closed the system before the upload. We were on the chat for half an hour and weren’t getting much further the last correspondence was it could be our region (we live in a city and have never had internet issues prior)
We now have no albums and wasted 3 hours building and 2 days waiting.
All in all very disappointed.
