Milestones

Wonderful quality and great customer service.

User experience was so easy and intuitive on the website. The quality of the photo and of the paper was also so great -- worthy of how special the day was. This is compared to other brands who promise a similar experience, yet produce not so high quality results

10/10 Quality

Designing a Photo book with Milk Books was great. I could choose some great paper and finish options and the Photo book arrived beautifully presented. As a layout designer it was important to be able to tell a visual story using the images in a certain order, with particular spacing on the page. After designing this layout using professional layout software, I transposed this layout in the Milk Books online platform. It was simple to upload images, replace images with high resolution versions and change order as required. The final product arrived days before the estimated delivery date and was packaged carefully and considerately. The only set-back was there was an very limited options for fonts when including text. All in all a very great product and a lovely way to create a crafted collection of images for memory.

Milk Books online platform was easy to navigate with plenty of options for layouts and finishes to paper, binding and covers. As a layout designer, I did find the limitations of fonts available disappointing, however the ability to place images across spreads and in a very specific layout was fantastic. Really, it was a dream to be able to layout out images as previously drafted up in InDesign - professional layout software. The final product arrived prior to estimated delivery date and was very secure and well packaged. A beautifully finished book, with lovely presentation
