I’ve now used MILK for the last 5 years and I have been so delighted with the results!! The books are well constructed, the photos look great and the process is so straightforward. I will continue to use MILK every year to document our family vacations abroad.

I would really recommend Milk Books. I used them to create my wedding album. For such a special day I wanted a high quality book and that’s exactly what I got with Milk Books. Their design studio online is very user friendly and was really enjoyable designing the album and reliving the day by looking through all the photos as I made it. There was clear communication and smooth delivery and the book was very carefully packed so it was perfect when it arrived. I will definitely use Milk Books again.

After about a year of having my MilkBook the linen cover developed some weird patch marks - despite hardly handling it and keeping it in a safe spot. After contacting MILK Books, their customer service team took my concerns seriously, investigated the problem with their production team, and kept me informed throughout the process. Although they couldn't determine the exact cause with complete certainty, they acknowledged the issue and offered a complimentary reprint of my book, including shipping, at no cost. They also provided helpful advice on alternative cover materials and explained the characteristics of the linen fabrics in detail. What impressed me most was the professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care shown by the support team, particularly Elise. They went above and beyond to ensure I would end up with a keepsake I was happy with. Issues can happen with any product, but great customer service is what makes the difference. MILK Books handled my situation exceptionally well, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Thank you to the team for your help and support.
