The MILK Books design interface is very user friendly and had a huge number of options for customization. The website itself felt very stable despite all of the high resolution photos being uploaded and displayed for each page. It uploads images very quickly and the choices of layouts during the design process helps you to visualize the book you're creating as a whole. I am not an artistic or creative person, but MILK made it very easy to design a gorgeous final product.

I had a small issue with my first print. The way they dealt with it was amazing. They gave me all the support I needed and I was able to get a reprinted version delivered to me in time to gift my wife on our anniversary. The quality of the photo book is incomparable, and I am very satisfied. I have now printed 3 photo books with MILK and they are all perfect and beautiful!
Was worried for the first order, but now definitely ordering more
