We didn't have any big issues that needed to be resolved by customer service (this is a positive, of course!) so can't speak to how any sort of problem would be handled. However, I did reach out early on to get some information about picture quality and the representative was very willing to give me the answers I needed and recommendations. This made us feel more confident that the printing would turn out well. The online book designing tool was SO user-friendly and let us have a lot of creativity with the layout. So many more options for materials, layouts, sizes, layouts, customization etc. than some other companies we were trying out. The price was a bit higher, but still comparable, to the other websites for the product we were looking for. We were luckily able to apply a 35% promo code with RBC to bring it down a bit. Print and delivery time was extremely reasonable. Printing took the longest, about 2 weeks. Once shipped, arrived in less than a week. Be aware there will be duty (to Canada).

Amazing work. I ordered a large number of extra pages, and the binding is sturdy and the cover is very high quality. The pages themselves are also sturdy and the print quality is outstanding.

I could not be happier with my experience with MILK Books and the photo book I created to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The book is beautiful and extremely well made. I used predominately black and white photos from a boudoir photo shoot and added a special poem for each photo. I was apprehensive about a B&W project but I followed the special B&W directions posted on the MILK Books site and the quality turned out very professional. I contacted customer service twice with questions and their replies were quick and thorough. My book was produced and in the mail in less than a week. I'm already dreaming up my next MILK Books project!
