This book was so special for my best friend's 30th. The layout options and editing tools allowed me to compile a 102-page book with text with ease and efficiency in the short timeframe that I needed. The quality check options and tools ensured I created a photobook of perfect quality. When I contacted customer service to have it created quickly they got it to me just in time for the event which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I am forever grateful that this beautiful company helped create the perfect memorabilia for my best friend.

At every touch point, my experience with Milk Books has been exceptional. This is the first time I’ve ordered Moleskine bindings, and the resulting books were spectacular. But before I completed the books, I had issues uploading images to the web based book publication system. The Milk customer service staff was extremely helpful (and fast) in uploading those images I was unable to post, and even extended an expiring offer to allow me to finish the multiple versions of my travel book I was preparing as Christmas gifts. Between the quality of the final product and the level of customer service, I don’t think I’ll ever use a different service. My one wish is that the publishing system would allow a greater range of font choices (size, placement and typeface). But other than that, I couldn’t be more satisfied.
