At every touch point, my experience with Milk Books has been exceptional. This is the first time I’ve ordered Moleskine bindings, and the resulting books were spectacular. But before I completed the books, I had issues uploading images to the web based book publication system. The Milk customer service staff was extremely helpful (and fast) in uploading those images I was unable to post, and even extended an expiring offer to allow me to finish the multiple versions of my travel book I was preparing as Christmas gifts. Between the quality of the final product and the level of customer service, I don’t think I’ll ever use a different service. My one wish is that the publishing system would allow a greater range of font choices (size, placement and typeface). But other than that, I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I would say it took me a minute to figure out how the site worked, uploading pictures and choosing each page's layout. In the end, I was thrilled with the result. I put a photo album together for my mom for Christmas and it arrived with plenty of time to spare. The book looks clean and polished and I can't wait to see her face when she opens it. Not worth deducting a star but it would be great if the site offered some photo editing options. Currently it doesn't.

very pleased with quality of binding, paper and print.Good customer service and fast shipping. The only minus point would be that one black and white print turned out slightly darker in one of the album copies but not in the other two.

Absolutely blown away with the quality of my book! I was a bit undecided due to the price, but it was worth it, and it came way faster than I had anticipated. Definitely recommend!

So pleased with our wedding photo album, and excited to show it to the family over Christmas. Tip: we thought we had triple checked the photos in terms of image in frame but found that 2 of the photos were positioned sub-optimally (our fault entirely) so my tip would be to double check them, then check them again the next day with a fresh pair of eyes, then submit.
