my previous go-to photo book service went out of business but I am SO GLAD I found MILK! The design process was so easy and the quality of the book was outstanding. We purchased a wedding album and I was a little nervous to make a big purchase without experience with this company, but I could not be happier with the final product. Very quick customer support, they are interested to have happy customers. I ordered from germany and we had no problems with the communication.
There atre two things that I'd like to mention to optimize:
The print quality didn't match my expectations, maybe you could invest in another, sharper technology.
Please offer another shipping method than the expensive express method.
Great company that I can recommend.
