Books were beautiful.
Only critique would be the front and back thicker pages seem to be bound closer to the seam, so they don't open for a flat lay. Other than that happy with the purchases.

Overall the app was easy to use but having to purchase the product ahead of time is an odd feature that makes things more complicated than nessecary.

I found it a bit frustrating to be honest. There were several things I could n’t make work, like the text facility.It took me a while to work out the how the images worked and had to reset the whole thing many times.
Fortunately your help desk was very helpful and I got there in the end

Designing and ordering my book was easy, and was delivered more quickly than I expected. I appreciated being able to pre-purchase it and then finish when I had more time. The paper was a bit thinner than I expected but the photos are sharp and colors accurate. The binding feels a bit flimsy however.

I was very pleased with the quality of the book and the print. I took off one star because some pages are more ‘lay-flat’ and some aren’t nearly as so. I’m unsure if this is expected but I’m still happy with the purchase.
