The quality of the photo album is the best I have seen. The breakdown of the process of adding photos, proofing the album and then printing was seamless. The album editing interface could be improved. While the set layouts were helpful, it was exhausting to toggle based on number of photos, if you changed/switched anything your work would get erased, and doing anything freehand was quite hard. Finalizing the album took a very long time but once it was done, it was well worth the work.

The product is fantastic! Can not fault my albums they are beautiful. Only thing that needs reviewing is making sure that the gst and customs fees applicable are obvious at checkout as it did come out as a costly extra expense once already shipped which was quite a surprise and bittered the experience a little.

It was great! The font was a bit small in one of the prints and I didn’trealize it. I needed to go into adobe to edit the pictures and resize them. I wish we could brighten pictures at least in the milk platform. The actual product looks really nice.

I ordered a Moleskine photobook—this is my eleventh one. The texture of the cover looks great, and it has a unique quality that sets it apart from others. Creating the photobook is easy, too.

The quality was much less than anticipated. I knew it was a magazine cover, but it had water stains within one day of arrival. Make sure you know exactly what material you’re getting. Certainly was not worth over $200 for something that was ruined so quickly. Update: Customer service was very attentive and held firm on their satisfaction guarantee. They provided a voucher for a reprint with the amount paid, and I used this towards a book with a hard cover. Looking forward to the final product. One of the best customer service experiences I have had!
