The quality was much less than anticipated. I knew it was a magazine cover, but it had water stains within one day of arrival. Make sure you know exactly what material you’re getting. Certainly was not worth over $200 for something that was ruined so quickly. Update: Customer service was very attentive and held firm on their satisfaction guarantee. They provided a voucher for a reprint with the amount paid, and I used this towards a book with a hard cover. Looking forward to the final product. One of the best customer service experiences I have had!

I was very happy with the service. I would ask one thing. Better directions on the use of the app when making a book. In addition, I think it would be helpful for a spellcheck button or spelling review. I made some errors which I didn't catch before I sent my order in. Other than the my book turned out Wonderful.

YouTube tutorial vid made it simple to use. Would like to know how to get more page layout options.

Quality and service is unmatched. Photos and book came out super. However, the customization of content within pages via the MacBook Photos app is a bit rigid. There are plenty of templates to choose from but you can't create your own template for example, fonts and text placement also limited customization.

Website is easy to use. Quality is also very good. However, price is expensive.
