Print quality has deeply suffered since I first used Milk. Colours are no longer vibrant or true, silly page number/layout print rules make it difficult to produce the story you're trying to tell for a client, cost remains high while costs have clearly been cut. Feels like a poor value proposition now

The quality of the book is perfect, I’m really happy with it! The process was painful! I didn’t like the way the app works. Nothing about it was instinctive. It was so painful that I ended up creating all of my page layouts with Photoshop which took much longer than what I had planned. The only reason that I kept going is because I had bought a voucher, so my project had already been paid. Otherwise, I would have stopped and find another company. I am not making another book with you unless you completely change your app to create the books.

The stitching was showing which ruined the larger photos, for the price we paid we expected better quality. Have used twice previously and were much happier with those books than this one.

Quality of printing for the price paid was nowhere near where it should be.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I paid $1,156.80 AUD for my photo album, only to be told once it reached Australia that I needed to pay another $289 in GST/import charges before DHL would release the shipment. I understand that GST applies to imports over $1,000, and there was a notice at checkout mentioning that GST had been removed. However, paying another $289 after already paying $1,100+ was not something I anticipated. I’ve ordered plenty of products internationally before and have never encountered an additional charge like this after paying for the order. It honestly feels like my completed photo album is being held hostage until I pay another $289. For an Australian customer, I feel the total cost of the purchase should simply be reflected in the price at checkout, rather than having a significant mandatory cost added once the order arrives in Australia.
