The stitching was showing which ruined the larger photos, for the price we paid we expected better quality. Have used twice previously and were much happier with those books than this one.

Quality of printing for the price paid was nowhere near where it should be.

I spent hours creating a 120-page wedding album, only to discover after ordering that eight pages were corrupted and my completed project was no longer recoverable due to technical issues with MILK’s software. I had to recreate the entire album from scratch, which took many additional hours. Customer service was polite and offered a 30% discount as a “goodwill gesture.” However, my original order already had a 30% discount, so this simply restored the price I had initially paid, without any actual compensation for the inconvenience. When I questioned this, MILK maintained that the discount was intended to help with reordering — something I wouldn’t have needed to do if their software had worked. For a premium wedding album provider, I expected much better reliability and customer care.

Very disappointed. Terrible spine work for a thick book and the cover was not professional. Customer service ignored my concerns showing photos of their own stock examples to defend their spine work but it just proved how terrible mine is. Gutted. I spent a lot.

Nothing but problems, after 7 hours trying to create account and upload photos I'm forced to give up. I'm especially disappointed because I researched thoroughly for the right product. I keep getting redirected to login page (even though I have registered and clicked on email link, etc). The photos I upload are simply grey squares, although I've tried it on two laptops and two different browsers. I tried to start a chat for support but it directs me to some icon that doesn't exist. I'm sure I can't be the only one who has trouble with the site. Complete waste of a precious day...my advice, if it doesn't start well, drop it and go elsewhere.
