Beautiful and easy to order. Great packaging, quality and overall great experience using High quality Milk Books! I love Milk books and it always puts a smile on my face when I get the delivery in my hands and open up the package to see my beautiful photo book/album in my hands.

The overall quality is extremely high-end (the binding, the leather, the presentation box, the pages, etc). Print quality is excellent. Customer service was superb, went out of their way for me. Delivered VERY well-packaged (properly protected and a lot of attention to detail in the smaller touches). The only area of improvement would be that the online templates and editing options were somewhat limited so expanding those would be great. There was a strong glue smell coming from the binding upon opening the box too. Just something to note if you are sensitive to smell as I am. Might need to air the book out for a few weeks somewhere well-ventilated until it fades. Price-point wise they were the most expensive (despite receiving a great discount during sale time). But, at least they back up those prices with great quality and service. Had some issues with delivery/customs/etc which was a little annoying but they were very helpful in resolving it. Overall, I'd say this is a great choice for special albums that you want that heirloom quality for (wedding, engagement, births, milestone birthdays, special holidays, etc).
