Handcrafted with love and packaged with care, your printed keepsakes are securely shipped from Hong Kong via your choice of Priority Shipping (a premium express service) or Economy Shipping. In the unlikely event your product is damaged in transit, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Please keep the original packaging including the plastic courier bag as we require photos of these to claim insurance.

Frequently asked questions

All photo books, albums and print products are sent via a secure, tracked service (either FedEx, DHL Express or DHL eCommerce depending on the Shipping option selected, and your shipping location).

Priority Shipping is our premium option and has a turnaround of 3-5 working days. Economy Shipping is our low-cost option and has a turnaround of 10-17 working days. Economy Shipping is only available in selected shipping locations and for single item orders of the following products: Small and Medium Classic Photo Books, Medium Premium Photo Books, Medium Softcover Photo Books and Moleskine Photo Books. If you are ordering under a tight deadline, we recommend our Priority Shipping option.
Once shipped, you can track your order via the "Track my order" link on the My Orders page of your MILK account. You can also find your tracking link in your order shipped email notification.

Our photo books and album are handcrafted with great expertise and care and can spend up to 21 days in production depending on the format selected. Please keep this in mind when awaiting your keepsake.

If you've selected our Economy Shipping option, your order will be tracked via the DHL eCommerce website. DHL eCommerce only provides milestone tracking which means it may take some time before a new tracking event is displayed. Your package continues to travel to its destination despite the time between event updates.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact customer service as soon as possible and we'll do our best to rectify the situation.

Please include your order number in your email and attach the following:
- Photo of outer plastic courier bag.
- Photo of damage to cardboard box packaging.
- Photo of corresponding damage to the product.

Please note: To claim insurance, we must contact the freight provider with proof of damage within 30 days of the order being shipped. Please ensure you notify us as soon as possible.
If you don't receive your order within the maximum allotted turnaround time, you should check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for updates and/or directly contact the relevant freight service provider in the delivery destination. The relevant freight service provider for your order will be indicated by the tracking URL found on the My Orders page of your account, and in the shipping confirmation sent to you upon your order leaving production.

Please contact customer service with your order details if you are still unable to locate your order. To claim insurance, we must contact the freight provider with proof of loss within 30 days of the order being shipped. Please ensure you notify us as soon as possible.
No, we do not. Every MILK order is shipped using a secure, tracked service. Therefore, we do not allow for delivery to P.O. boxes, apartment mailboxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
The recipient of your order may be charged additional import tax and custom duty fees upon your order reaching the border of the EU country you are shipping to. Importation laws and tariff rates differ from country to country and you can contact the local customs authority for estimate costs.

Please ensure you use the recipient contact phone and email for the order, to ensure FedEx can contact the recipient regarding customs clearance.

Often import tax and customs duty are accompanied by admin & handling fees, which will be added to the total payable amount. If your order is being shipped via our Priority Shipping option, FedEx will facilitate customs clearance as part of their premium service.

MILK's shipping pricing doesn't include any admin/handling fees or import tax/customs duty costs, and if these fees apply to your order they are the responsibility of the recipient to pay, as dictated by local customs authorities in the destination country.
