I had a great experience. I am so happy with the result! My only constructive feedback would be with the design studio. 1) I would love the ability to pick number of photos per page in addition to per spread. and 2) Having more flexibility/control in organizing your photos. Perhaps being able to categorize them, or put them in folders. I also found it hard to drag and drop. And you couldn't do multiple photos at the same time. Otherwise i'm very happy.

Books are great, but the paid vouchers should not expire. We purchased three vouchers to create a series of photo books, and used two but didn’t have all the photos ready for the third book to use the voucher “in time”. Where I live, having paid vouchers expire is banned (Ontario, Canada). It isn’t a free coupon, it’s something we paid for. They end up with money from customers without giving them anything in return. UPDATE: Customer service reached out to extend our voucher which we really appreciate.

MILK brought our most special chapter to life and the quality is incredible. Their gift bundle option also made it possible to gift our wedding book to our parents. So many possibilities for personalization and the time given to the creators to take their time and extend if needed was the biggest life-saver. We’re so happy with our books!

A beautiful product. The photos look amazing. Love our medium photo album. The design function was pretty easy to use except when I wanted to add extra photos, that was a faff. Otherwise I loved the ease of changing the format on each page

Ordered our photo books from MILK. Got really clear timelines as we ordered around Lunar New Year, so knew there would be some delay. However, felt like the still arrived really quickly considering. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was import tax, around half of the order price. Probably for me to know, but might be used to be noted as you never really know where products are coming from - in this case it's Hong Kong.
